A few months ago, we featured the efforts of a team of youth leaders working with the Boys & Girls Club of Merced. We're happy to share that one of their projects, combined with the efforts of many other partners working for community health, has helped to create new tobacco buffer zones in the City of Merced. From now on, these zones surrounding the city's schools, parks, and playgrounds will be free from new tobacco retailers (and their advertisements). Read the Success Story below for more details about this exciting win!
